The company is certified to Quality Management System standards in conformity with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standards and ČSN EN 3834-2:2006 for designing, construction, production, assembly, repairs, reconstruction and service of power engineering and metallurgical equipment.

Environmental Management System in conformity with ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 standards for designing, construction, production, assembly, repairs, reconstruction and service of power engineering and metallurgical equipment.

Our staff have successfully completed many training sessions and courses, and acquired formal qualifications. As a result, we are able to ensure highly specialized activities in the area of specified technical equipment.

 

The company acquired qualifications within the following ranges:

 

Lifting devices

ITI qualification for assembly, repairs, overhauling and reconstructions, revisions and checking of specified lifting devices in a supply way:

• hoists and mobile hoists with lifting capacity over 5000 kg
• cranes with lifting capacity over 5000 kg
• hand hoists

 

Pressure equipment

ITI qualification for assembly, repairs, reconstructions, revisions and inspections of specified pressure equipment in a supply way:

• assembly, repairs and reconstructions of stationary pressure vessels of group A, B
• assembly, repairs and reconstructions of steam and liquid-containing boilers of 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th class
• revisions, leakage tests and pressure tests of stationary pressure vessels of group A, B
• revisions, leakage tests and pressure tests of steam and liquid-containing boilers of 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th class

OBÚ qualification for assembly, repairs, reconstructions, revisions and inspections of stationary pressure vessels of group A, B and steam and liquid-containing boilers of 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th class.

 

Gas equipment

ITI qualification for assembly, repairs, revisions and inspections of specified gas equipment in a supply way:

• gas production and gas treatment equipment
• gas storage equipment including gas pressure stations
• gas liquefaction and evaporation equipment
• gas pressure reducing equipment and gas booster
• gas distribution equipment
• equipment for gas consumption by combustion
