History

• 2000 – the company was founded after the split and subsequent privatization of the
               maintenance departments of Energetika Třinec, a.s., which is a wholly owned
               subsidiary of Třinecké železárny, a.s.
• 2001 – started the development of more than 160 years of tradition in the field of assembly,
               service and maintenance of power engineering and metallurgical equipment.
• 2002 – the company name was changed to ENEZA, s.r.o., the company name was created by
               shortening the words ENERGETICKÁ ZAŘÍZENÍ
• 2003 – the expansion of customer portfolio out of area of TŽ, a.s., the development of
               designing and technical activities 
• 2004 – the company turnover exceeds the limit of 100 milion CZK.
• 2005 – the implementation of big turn-key projects, implementation of ISO, EMS, The Big Certificate
               of Competence in accordance with ČSN 73 2601
• 2006 – the development of foreign projects
• 2007 – the purchase of company METASPOL and other parts of the KONSKÁ premises
• 2008 – merger of  ENEZA and METASPOL, the development of the KONSKÁ premises
• 2009 – start of the construction of a new assembly hall and the ENEZA-KONSKÁ premises

Today

The main objective of the company is to ensure complex services in the fields of power engineering, metallurgy and mechanical engineering to our customers. The company employs 170 highly qualified workers.

Future

Further development of the company is planned in the Třinec-Konská premises, where lots for the construction of a new assembly hall and company headquarters have been purchased.  The start of production in the new premises is scheduled for autumn 2010.
